There is a promotion by a website for a buy 1 get 1 free offer for the main course. Before I go on, please note this offer is buy 1 get 1 free. You need up to 7 people to enjoy buy 2 get 2 free. Skate wing is not common and becomes stringy if overcooked(I tried it once). The Grenobloise-style Skate wing here was seared beautifully making it crunchy on the outside with the inside being very tender.

The Roasted Corn-Fed Chicken, Girolles and Crayfish dish generated a mixed feeling for me. Each component of the dish (chicken, girolles and crayfish) were cooked nicely and was delicious on its own but the sauce, which should pull the dish together, was a bit salty for me. After the dish, when I told them about this, the staff professionally explained the sauce was cooked with the crayfish and chicken and they used more crayfish than chicken. The staff said they would reflect this concern to the kitchen.

The staff were really professional and knowledgeable about the dishes and their attitude was impeccable.
