Mega spicy Tsukemen 激辛沾汁麵:
When it arrived, it reminded me of this Sichuan dish which has a layer of red chili oil on top, beneath the broth was a rich meaty broth.The dipping broth was bright red made with Habanero chilis.
A spicy experience with dipping ramen but it was worth it!
