This is my first time trying this new restaurant and I loved this place so much already.My first impression .... clean, modern, chic, friendly and attentive staffs. We ordered 2 kinds of soup base. The Korean style (Short rib soup in Korean and Style), this is the best hotpot soup base I'd ever had, and there was a real ginseng and 2 big ribs in the soup. My first impression .... clean, modern, chic, friendly and attentive staffs.
We ordered 2 kinds of soup base. The Korean style (Short rib soup in Korean and Style), this is the best hotpot soup base I'd ever had, and there was a real ginseng and 2 big ribs in the soup. The other one is clear soup (Truffle with mixed mushroom soup), with a very decent smell of truffle.
I am a meat and seafood lover. We ordered Miyazaki A5 Beef and Australian Wagyu rib eye, the meat is juicy and tender. It matched so well with the beef soup base. I seldom order pork for hotpot dish but I tried the chef's recommendation Kurobuta Pork. Surprisingly it tastes very good with perfect texture. For seafood, we ordered sea prawns and US jumbo oyster. Super fresh, the prawns are still alive when serving on the table.
One of their signature dishes is handmade pork dumpling with morel mushroom and kurobuta pork in the filling. It tastes very special and great, the combination of mushroom and pork work so well with the dumpling. Fantastic!! Another highly recommended dish is handmade assorted meatballs – cuttlefish meatball, shrimp meatball, pork meatball and diced fish ball. I can tell they are freshly made today.
Something surprised me is the wide variety of condiments and sauces, they have 12 different kinds of sauces you can choose from, I was having so much fun creating my own sauces.
After having so much nice and fresh food, it came to a perfect end with a dessert.
I'll definitely come back and hope they will keep up this high quality.
