This was a great way to start off the meal, as the salad was super refreshing and well seasoned. Loved all the different textures and combination of spices. The chicken was tender and juicy, though the chicken to cabbage ratio was a bit off, and they could’ve been more generous with the amount of chicken. — A really hearty bowl of noodles to satisfy your pho cravings. The fillet mignon was grilled to a nice medium rare, leaving it tender. The broth was rich but slightly too sweet for my preference.
Pic 3️⃣: Wok-fried Glass Noodles / 軟殼蟹炒粉絲 - $168 hkd 🦀
— My favourite dish from the meal and a must order! These noodles were packed with flavour, with a slight peppery aroma that’s bound to tickle your tastebuds. Served with a generous amount of soft shell crab, I would gladly finish off this dish on my own 😂

— Was very intrigued by this unique filling for rice paper rolls and I’m glad I ordered it! The fish was marinated in an abundance of herbs, and grilled to perfection. Their homemade anchovy and peanut sauce had a nice kick to it and went well with the rice paper rolls.
Pic 5️⃣&6️⃣: Bún Platter - Bún Bò Xào, Stir-fried Beef Platter / 香茅炒牛柳越式撈檬拼盤 - $128 hkd 🥩
— Never seen bún served like this 😂 The dipping broth was tasty, but personally thought it defeated the point of stir frying the beef because submerging it in the broth really masked its flavour and aroma.
Pic 7️⃣: Wok-fried Morning Glory / 蝦膏醬炒通菜 - $128 hkd 🥬
— Loved this! Slightly oily but the sambal sauce was so flavourful and had an intense shrimp flavour.
