It was a group gathering in Kowloon City, and we all were excited because we can invite the Chef to recommend the shop's special in this dinner.Everyone was welcome with a bowl of home-made soup... A lot of the dishes are newly created here... combining the old and traditional way of cooking with the new taste... a lot of expectation, and finally all are met... Deep fried shrimp is not new to most, but here we can really enjoy the fresh taste and crispy shrimp meat.. Deep fried shrimp is not new to most, but here we can really enjoy the fresh taste and crispy shrimp meat.. I even ate the shell, as the mixing was so nice.

The next one is the Spicy Fish, with limited bone inside, and I thought it might be too hot... but in fact, not too bad... can take it.

The sweet duck pot is another surprising dish here... as we can really taste the meat, tender and with a bit of sweet sauce on top... the Chef said that there are not that many people will take so much herb and time to marinate it before cooking, so that it's a very time consuming dish to offer to the customer with heart.

The BBQ pork rib is nice too... not the BBQ sauce, but was in Chinese style, much better than the US style as it is crispy, it's rich in meat taste and nottoo dry...

And my favourite is this Pork Hand... quite chewy in the middle, but crispy on the skin... although it's a bit filling, but I took almost 6-7 pieces alone myself...
