I was actually suprised by the service! Servers actually announced the dishes they serve and are very polite, very different from your average chaa chan teng experience in Hong Kong. Not too sure if they have an English menu, but the creativity with the menu is through the roof - all having a burn/dig at the big chains in the city. I am usually picky about tea houses and their 'bread' choices, but with an outstanding 'Danish' bread it was quicky forgiven.
🍚Satay beef noodles - large serving of 'black' satay, noodles were well made - however a bit light on the flavour side. Overall not a bad dish, this meal is available all day.
🍚Danish bread and eggs your way - very nice bread which was like a danish crossed with a croissant. The bread had a light touch of butter and (thank god) it was not a sugary brioch either! Very impressed with the eggs that were made moist and just right - runny yolks for the fried eggs and not too oily either.
🍚Yin yang (coffee milk tea) - made to the right ratio, smooth and all the key flavours present. Only downside was that they don't serve this in a ceramic cup (but that is just me and my picky-ness.. BUT they do give you decent quality serviettess... )
題外話/補充資料：
Avoid peak hour, can have long queues, can only be seated if all patrons have arrived.
