Love love love this place. Not sure how many times I have bought take-away from here. Unless necessary, I wouldn't really dine in.. since it's crowded, not that clean, and it takes forever for them to serve your order (during week day lunch time). Hence the best arrangement is to call ahead of time around 20 mins and go and collect your order in due time! There are so many toppings to choose from and they are all awesome. Some are more rare like wood ear, "cow kidney mushrooms" (just really slimey mushrooms which are surprisingly good. The BEST part of this noodle place that differentiates from other places is the soup base It's so flavorful I don't even know what's in it.. it's not that pork/bone oily sort of rich soup base that you get from ramen, but it's more clear but just really delicious.. the "clear broth" option is actualy very flavorful. Of course if you prefer spicy you could always get spicy!
