— These signature malakoff fritters are a must order here and a guaranteed favourite for cheese lovers! — The duck ragu was packed with flavour and the texture of the meat was tender and literally melted in your mouth. Loved the shape of the reginette and it held onto the sauce really well, leaving each bite as flavourful as the last.
🥩 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐮 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 - $170 hkd
— You can’t miss out on their 8 hour braised wagyu ragu which was another flavourful dish and incredibly cheesy too! Apart from a generous amount of grated cheese on top, this also comes with a rich parmesan foam that further elevates the flavours. The tagliatelle was perfectly cooked, with a good amount of chew to it.
🍫 𝐎𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞’𝐬 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮 - $65 hkd
— No meal is complete without dessert! Their tiramisu is totally worth leaving some space for as it was so creamy, smooth and delicious. The flavours were well balanced, with neither the coffee nor liqueur being too overpowering. Ladyfingers were adequately soaked too, giving it that spongy, light texture.
