There are two branches in Shau Kei Wan, not sure which one is better, however the noodles in sauce at this branch are not as strong as the one opposite.The sauce at this place tastes more like oyster sauce, whereas the one opposite is more soy sauce based.I had noodles with braised beef, however most of it was beef tendons, not much beef.
