Another pho trek - it's a very solid and good pho. For those who like a traditional pho experience (as opposed to Pho Bar for instance), this is one of the better ones around Central/Sheung Wan area. Beefy and not salty broth, served pleasantly hot. Beef is good, and no trace of it having had frozen to death.Decor has softer homey feel, and not being backwards in design. If anything, a brighter room (while staying warm in lighting tones) might make it feel more state of the art, so the speak. Se

Proprietor was there that day. Initiates offer to serve a new dish of butter chicken the moment he noticed my half finished wing gushing. It was okay, not good for bad.

Overall, quite an alright petite place. Good for a quick tasty lunch
