After registered , my son and me walked around for more than 1.5 hours . They never call me for the available table after all then I called , they said we can return and get the table so we rushed back within 5 mins . Once opened the door , the waitress asked us to wait outside coz she was serving one lady at the reception. We both sweating 😓 and super hot 🥵 waiting outside since it was over 30 degrees on that day . My son opened the door again , the waitress still not allowing us to get in .😤😤😤
After 10 mins , finally we can get in to cool down ourselves . I asked the waitress to be more considerate as the weather is too hot 🥵 and should let us wait inside instead . The waitress insists we have to wait outside as they are serving another lady at the reception. Well, I believe the area is big enough to fit more than 3 peoples at the reception. 😡😡😡
Anyway , the waitress asked me to showed many slides of rules in English to my son . One of the slide is about “every 10 mins for $10 “, then I asked the waitress to explain it . She said if my son speaks loud then they will warn him 3 times ..... 🤬🤬🤬🤬then pay $10 per every 10 mins 😤😤
We left immediately after all the waiting . Ridiculous rules , bad manner waitress and zero considerate.....👎👎👎
