Not worth the price and slow service

This establishment is very large, situated in an open area part of Harbour City (on the same floor as Muji). Definitley very crowded and long waits. This time, I was craving something sweet....and asked for a table. Waited 20 minutes (seems like quite a few customers sit to chat, similar to a coffee shop so be prepared to wait a bit). Sat down and ordered the mango shaved ice, which took 30 minutes to come, which I think it pretty ridiculous as it's just mango cut into small pieces with a bunch

This time, I was craving something sweet....and asked for a table. Waited 20 minutes (seems like quite a few customers sit to chat, similar to a coffee shop so be prepared to wait a bit). Sat down and ordered the mango shaved ice, which took 30 minutes to come, which I think it pretty ridiculous as it's just mango cut into small pieces with a bunch of shaved ice. Definitely way different in quality as compared to what you get in Seoul as the mango was overly sweet. Furthermore, unsure why there's a 10% service charge as there is not much service provided lol (they just bring you the food and you never see them again). I asked a waiter for water and she told me to go to the front to get it myself...whcih was somewhat ridiculous. I guess the price of binggu at $75 is primarily to pay for the rent and not for the actual food/staff service.
