本身唔鍾意食蘿蔔既我都覺得好味既小巧tart🥕

頂部燒至焦香既cabbage看似平凡但好正,配埋新鮮marjoram (墨角蘭: 一種香料) + hens of the woods (google translate : 舞茸) + turnip broth,令到層次好豐富好入味。

asparagus, wild garlic oil
仔細睇你會見到scallop上面有一層white asparagus (google: 白蘆筍只在春天收成,相當稀有,因而又有「皇子蔬菜」的美譽)所造既薄膜,令到scallop帶點爽甜又帶點garlic oil既煙薰。老實講今餐最難忘係佢,要加錢但好值得點!

Ragstone (google: 羊奶芝士) 膻味有點重,再搭上洋薊(雅枝竹)的texture~ 口味比較獨特

鮮嫩grouper(石斑魚塊)配合foam狀既shrimp sauce,將所有鮮味精華注入碟中!

主菜dry aged duck上菜時間真係恰到好處,岩岩食到咁上下有啲想食肉,duck breast好肥美有咬口,如果portion大少少就好了~

賣相同味道都好吸引既甜品,mint唔會搶晒風頭,就算飽都食得好滋味!
