I tried Pomodoro tonight!Confirmed it's the same boss as Pane Vino as I saw the Italian 叔叔 aroundFour of us, ordered:Appetizer:- Potato and Leek Soup (Daily Soup)- Fried CalarmariPasta:- Olive Oil and Garlic Spaghetti- Vongole- Grilled Egg plant with tomato sauce and mozzarella - A type of special pasta (forgot the name, like penne but longer and thinner) in tomato sauceDessert:- Napoleon- ProfiteroleGeneral comments:- Pasta dishes are all authentic, delightful and Al Dente. Four of us, ordered:
Appetizer:
- Potato and Leek Soup (Daily Soup)
- Fried Calarmari
Pasta:
- Olive Oil and Garlic Spaghetti
- Vongole
- Grilled Egg plant with tomato sauce and mozzarella
- A type of special pasta (forgot the name, like penne but longer and thinner) in tomato sauce
Dessert:
- Napoleon
- Profiterole
General comments:
- Pasta dishes are all authentic, delightful and Al Dente. Just the pasta dishes itself are worth re-visiting this place!
- Profiterole so-so only ... 798&unit makes better profiteroles!
Personally I like the decoration at Pane Vino more as it's more rustic. But I guess Pomodoro is running in a different style thus the more casual setting ..
