To be honest, I am not a fan of Taiwanese dishes or Korean dishes but went here because they had these dishes with a savoury souffle topping. The savoury souffle topping is not new, they have it at Megan's Kitchen for the souffle crab and tomato hotpot broth but as I am not a fan of hotpots I didn't try it.I had to choose my dishes carefully because most of them contain kimchi. In the end, this is what I had:Coffee:I can't quite work out why it is called Hand Made coffee but anyway it was just a j

I had to choose my dishes carefully because most of them contain kimchi.
In the end, this is what I had:
Coffee:
I can't quite work out why it is called Hand Made coffee but anyway it was just a jug of coffee that you pour onto the candyfloss. Next was the curry bubbly which was just fried rice topped with savoury souffle.
The rice was a bit hard and tasteless. +++++
The next dish was an interesting fusion of Korean rice cakes and dumplings but it was spicy which was not stated on the menu. (laced with Korean spices). +++++
The toast had a stunning presentation but again there was a really spicy sauce at the bottom and I wish they didn't serve with local bread because it has a strange texture.
Anyway, it was nice how they skillfully put the egg yolk in the middle of the souffle.
