First time here and had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. This small independent restaurant is at previous kanidou noda location. Chef Jason has loads of experience and you can sense this with every little detail. Atmosphere was perfect for a quiet meal to just come and properly enjoy the food. I had a disappointing omakase experience two days ago (Sushi Kin Cwb) but here everything was perfect: temperature/texture of the rice, craft of each very seasonal piece/dish & etc.
