Really poor service, it spoil all our mood on the New Year day. Everything was too worse, but price charge for 40~50% higher than usual. The Filipino waitress lack of experience, rude & impolite, she all the time black face to all Customers and putting the cutlery heavily on the table, she was extremely annoying. The food also poor on that day, the lamb & steak were cold when bringing out, mashed potatoes are just 1/3 portion than before, the dessert ice cream was melted & the portion is 1/3
Did their group noticed that how bad service this restaurant provided? I thought the main problem is the expatriate manager also very impolite.
