I came here a little after lunch time. I liked the layout that they have in here, as it’s pretty spacious and ergo relaxing. The staff was also nice.I only got a dessert, because of the nature of the menu. It’s kind of hard to eat here as a single diner, because most of the options are for larger parties, so really a dessert was my only option. However, until some time has passed and 鳳城 has some more time to tweak its menu, I won’t begrudge them for being a restaurant for larger parties. Besides
