Ruined my evening! Won’t come again

Came to this shop in today for the first time today. Not knowing what to choose, the cashier had initially recommended a soup. She had also kindly offered to LET ME add a veg with the soup and charged me HK$12 (instead of HK$16) for the veg because I told her I also wanted veg with my dinner (the soup was ~HK $60) As I picked up the soup, the other woman at collection point accused me of forcing the cashier to add the veg, not paying the full price for the veg (difference is HK$4 or US$0.50 or 3

She had also kindly offered to LET ME add a veg with the soup and charged me HK$12 (instead of HK$16) for the veg because I told her I also wanted veg with my dinner (the soup was ~HK $60) As I picked up the soup, the other woman at collection point accused me of forcing the cashier to add the veg, not paying the full price for the veg (difference is HK$4 or US$0.50 or 30 pence GBP) and forced me to pay the difference. If the cashier made a mistake with such small amount, you shouldn’t blame your customer! If the older lady at collection is the boss, she is even worse!! This is so unbelievable and shocking!! I ended up asking for a refund of the veg as a matter of principle. Incredibly bad shop management, worst still the soup is not even that great no taste! Very bad choice! Won’t come again.
