Stepping inside the 8000 square foot restaurant that is Kaum, Potato Head Hong Kong is pretty surreal. (It sits on the same block as another Sai Ying Pun fave of mine, Fish School.) The restaurant/ bar/coffee shop/retail space/ multi-purpose space (phew, that was long) is a joint collaboration with PTT Family, the lifestyle and F&B group behind the ever popular Potato Head Beach Club in Bali. We also had an order of Gohu Ikan Tuna, HK$90 (tuna tartare) and an order of Kerang Tahu, HK$85 (wok-fried fresh clams w/ shallots garlic, red chili, & lime juice) but I forgot to photograph them. Tooooooooo hungry.
