During our staycation, we booked the Fish Bar for dinner and had an amazing meal.The ambience of the restaurant is quite nice as it is located right beside the pool, facing the Pacific Place. This is a must for every single seafood lover. Do try their oysters from different countries with different flavors. The waiter will instruct you on the intensity of the oysters.

Definitely full after such sumptuous meal. Even had the complimentary iced tea / ice-cream after dinner (included in the staycation package). Would recommend it and return for another attempt.
