Service needed improvement

I was in the restaurant with my friend at Christmas eve. The place was only 1/3 full the whole night but we were served at a small table just 2 feet from the entrance which I refused and were then brought inside. The restaurant got only only several young English speaking waitresses and I did not find any captain or manager. They were working just like in a fast food shop. Wine list was provided only on request. Menu was in English only. Food was served in the wrong timing. The bottle of s

Wine list was provided only on request. Menu was in English only. Food was served in the wrong timing. The bottle of sparkling wine I ordered was just put barely on the small table beside a bag which belong to a young man sitting in the table on my left. The main course was put down in the vacant table on my right long before I finished my antipasta....

Service as a whole is just like you are having dinner in a 2nd class chinese restaurant or slight better that in a fast food shop.

I would not the restaurant to anyone who would expect even average service.
