I went to the Peak Lookout today with a few customers for a business lunch, the food was generally ok, but there was one waiter who really pissed me off! We ordered for a plate of fruit at the end of the lunch, and we were actually hurrying back to office. We waited for around 10 minutes yet the plate didn't come, I went to that waiter (who looks quite tanned and short, Latin guy) to check if they have missed out our order. To our surprise he shouted loud at us: "Just wait ! Just Wait !!"..while

We waited for around 10 minutes yet the plate didn't come, I went to that waiter (who looks quite tanned and short, Latin guy) to check if they have missed out our order. To our surprise he shouted loud at us: "Just wait ! Just Wait !!"..while he told us to "just wait", he showed an extremely unpleasant face and waved me away.
We were really shocked by his attitude, just found it unbelievable that a waiter in a "top class" restaurant could have such service manner. And, in front of my customers, I am particularly dissatisfied as i spent almost $3000 for a lunch and that waiter insulted me in front of my guests!
Of coz, I hadn't the time to make a complaint to his manager, But it is a truly bad experience to have met him in the Peak Lookout. If I were the boss, I would definitely fire him !
