It surprises me in different extent. First the purple red presentation is not what I am expecting. Everything is marinated by beetroot expect beetroot itself🤣 Second, I appreciate the pomelo added for its citrus and popping mouthfulness. Great appetiser for a heavy meal😝

This brisket burger🍔 is definitely beyond my expectation. I was worried would the brisket be too chewy for a burger but I knew my doubt was not valid when I cut the burger half. It was totally effortless. The brisket is tender and soft that it could almost melt in your mouth👅 Just love it💯 The jus and the grease are aromatic with superb smoke flavour. The forward flavour profile composed by the pickle and the house made BBQ sauce are killing it! The brioche milk pun like burger is lightly grilled to give it a crispy exterior. Hardly find a better brisket burger out here in HK🇭🇰
It is a sin if you get out the grill room🔥 without trying their smoked meats. So here I am for a tasting platter of their signatures. They use lychee wood🪵 for grilling here since the Chef wishes to introduce some Asian element to their grill and obviously lychee wood would be the top of mind👍🏼

The platter includes their signatures: brisket, rib and pull pork accompanied by 5 house made sauces. This line up is already unbeatable🤯 Their sauces are insanely good and hearty that each gives great flavour and experience to pair with the meats. My favourite is the rib. It has the strongest smoke aroma and the spicy kick just matches super well. I could eat a whole rack of ribs. FINGER LICKING GOOD‼️
It also goes with big plates of Mac n Cheese and Loaded Tater Tots. Both are amazing and generous in portion for two persons🤰🏼You could definitely pack these for dinner since you need to save up for the desserts😆

I could instantly relate @kinship_hk with this soft serve🍦and I know I will love this so badly. The soft serve is silky that you cannot complain about. I love the soft cookie so much as it can soak up the soft serve and makes you feel like you can actually chew the ice cream 😋

This is an absolute guilty pleasure. The rich mouthfulness is just irresistible even though you know clearly your calories intake will max out after just a few bites😈 It is ultra thick and would coat your teeth. The raspberry jam and orange slice could refresh your palate a bit but never mind, you will soon get another bite of the pie to indulge yourselves into happiness again☺️
