Reserved a table a few days ago for Sat lunch, 2 of us. Haven't had dim sum lunch for a while, and heard that their dim sum choices are quite traditional. In a romantic atmosphere located at Hullett House, very nice architectural scene.Services are great! Waiters are friendly and responsive. Compare to some Chinese restaurants in 5 stars hotel, they offer wider range of dim sum choices. A large paper menu for "ticking" our favourites.BBQ port rice flour rolls-Delicious! BBQ port rice flour rolls-Delicious! The skin is thin and smooth and BBQ port taste very good.
XO sauce carrot cake-Yummy! 4 pcs a dish and very delicious
Shimps Dumplings in Champagne flavour-sounds interesting, it looks pick and I think it's made of rose...not very sure
Chicken Feet-not bad, but the portion is rather small, only 3 pcs
Pork and Shrimp with pigeon egg-I haven't had this for over 20 years! True, kind of very traditional item that I seldomly find this in most restaurants. Although the presentation is not exactly what I had when I was a kid, still, a very good memory.
Mini tarts-Wow, order-to-make and it's freshly hot
Around $40-60 per item, quite reasonable for restaurants in hotel
Will definitely come over again to try their dinner.
