Souffle Pancake as good as ever

Pan de Pain is my favorite pancake shop in Hong Kong and they recently have a new promotion Strawberry Mochi Flavor so of course I came to try it.For drinks, I ordered their Hojicha Latte. I am glad now with their electronic menu, we get to choose the sweetness of the drink. The Hojicha Latte was aromatic and even with less sweet, I think the sweetness is enough.Their usual pancakes are also fluffy and the savory was seasoned just right without being salty. As usual, you can smell their souffle

 As usual, you can smell their souffle pancake when served. It was as airy as I remembered and the consistency of the mochi was just right without being too sticky and causing a mess. The sweeter strawberry cream was under the mochi while the more tarty strawberry sauce can be poured out to  suit your taste. Would have loved if there were 1 or 2 strawberries on this dish but still a great dessert.
