Sweet and sour pork with pineapples 鳳梨懷舊咕嚕肉 
Typical sweet and sour sauce with a large bite of pork🐖, the sauce is perfectly stick on the deep fried pork. It was freshly made by the chef because pork is still crispy. Try this if you are big fans of sweet and sour sauce🍍!

Crispy & spices Tofu 八味脆豆腐 
This is one of my favorite dishes in Dai Pai Dong! The Crispy & spices Tofu has a crispy salty skin outside and smooth silken tofu block inside. Seasoning with fried garlic chops🧄, salt and pepper🧂, the tastes and texture will bring you to another level. I promise you will never get rid of it!😋

Chinese kale with XO sauce and shrimp paste in claypot XO醬馬拉盞芥蘭煲 
Chinese kale is called ‘Kai Lan’ in Cantonese, it tastes sweet, earthy and a bit bitter on its leaf🥬. You can see the Chinese kale with XO sauce and shrimp paste🦐 are still cooking in the high-temperature claypot. The XO sauce and shrimp paste gave Kai Lan a salty fishy taste, you can also taste the wok! 🔥Claypot dish is one of the ‘must’ to order in Dai Pai Dong. 

Eggplant with minced pork and salted fish in claypot 魚香茄子煲
This is a classic canton dish that everyone loves. You might think it is a bit oily at first, meanwhile eggplant🍆 absorbs all the flavors from salted fish🐟 and the fried minced pork🐖. Nothing can replace the harmony of these 3 things.

Steamed white rice 絲苗白飯 
Best match with dishes!🍚
