I struggle to find good pho in HK as I grew up in SF where there are many good Vietnamese shops that serves great pho. A lot of the pho shops here lack in broth and even the noodle. Seems like they use a different kind here and they tend to overcook it. Locomotive, though unmatchable to SF's, offers a different spin on the broth of the pho by making it sweeter through adding radish.
