Since I didn't have a proper lunch so I decided to have a snack before dinner. Since the opening of Big Grains at Tsuen Wan, I haven't tried their famous croissant so I decided to give it a try. Sometimes, I have to say it is a bit difficult to compare them with different stores because being fresh from the oven vs having cooled down will affect the taste a lot already. Despite the croissant I tried here has cooled down quite a bit, I was still amazed by it. It still had a nice crunch and flaky exterior yet still being soft and fluffy inside. The buttery aroma was still strong despite it was cold and I could imagine its taste if it was fresh from the oven. Definitely looking forward to try their other bread.
