I’m a big fan of this gem 💎 in HK! As a regular customer, I’m constantly surprised at their innovation and insane ability to turn some of my fav “non-veg” dishes into MEGA YUMMY vegan masterpieces - Laksa Noodle, Tacos, Philly Cheese Steak, Vietnamese Pho, Banger & Mash, Purple sticky rice with vegan mango ice-cream etc. They have both a regular menu and daily specials. Eating vegan meals at Central and Sheung Wan can sometimes feels like costing an arm and leg (unless the quality is low and unhealthy, which is just sad), but Confusion fulfilled all my 4 wishes when it comes to dining out - plant-based, environmental friendly (no plastic takeaway), yummy (I looooooove good food), and reasonably priced!!!! If you are around the ‘hood, come; if you are not around the ‘hood, come! If you love vegan food, come; if you don’t like vegan food, all the more reasons you should come! If you think vegan food taste bad and it’s boring, you just haven’t been to Confusion yet.
