Somewhere I read that One Dim Sum must be one of the least expensive one-star Michelins in the world. That must be true. We ordered and then ordered more, but our bill, for three persons, was about $130HKD. The menu is in English which was a big help to us and fellow diners were so friendly and helpful. The staff were also patient with us. That the food was excellent is not an afterthought. Our favorites were the deep fried spring roll with leeks, steam rice noodles and steam cake Mala style. I did not care for the steam curry cuttlefish, although I like cuttlefish. When we head back to Hong Kong, One Dim Sum will be a first stop.
