The newly launched snack menu was prepared by Chef Umberto D'Avino, it features some of the crispy, crunchy classics including 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨 & 𝐌𝐨𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐬 from South Italy, as well as 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 that finished with grated Grana Padano and black Italian truffle; not to mention Italian-inspired specialties, like the perfectly creamy and salty 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐯𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭, with ricotta and anchovies on a brioche toast, finished off with the freshness of Amalfi lemon zest.

Their new cocktail menu serves as the perfect accompaniment to the savory snacks, highlighting the renewed takes on enduring cocktail classics, including the 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, with house-made coffee liqueur and Haymen's Citrus Gin, as an original take on the espresso martini; and 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫, with Dover Shiso Liqueur, Yuzu Sake, and Even William Bourbon, for a sweet-and-sour alternative to the typical whisky sour!
