The challenge of eating a cuisine so foreign to us requires trusting the restaurant to make good recommendations. And The Swiss Chalet did just that! The dessert clearly stood out after a rounds of cheese. The baked rhubarb was smooth and warm. Though we shared 1 dessert between 4 adults, I think could have easily eaten it all by myself.
