Here's what we had -

Starter:
- Foie Gras Terrine 
- Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallop 

Pasta:
 - Homemade Lobster Tagliolini (+$100) 🦞 
 - Seafood Linguine  💛💛💛BEST

Main:
Pan-fried Halibut
Slow cooked Wagyu beef cheek

Dessert:
- Panna cotta w/ Oreo crumbs

• Gradini Ristorante Italiano is a classy, stylishly decorated restaurant features light, pastel green throughout. Inside the Pottinger, along with other popular restaurants/ bars of the hotel's are e.g. room309, the envoy,  Ta Vie.
