Really looking forward to try this restaurant, a big fan of Roland since his days from Shelter Street's Chez Roland, but were all extremely disappointed with the food quality and the sub-standard services.1. After the wine guy have served the wine, my wife asked the him to remove the wine glass, as she doesn't drink, the chap's attitude was so rude saying - I will do it later la.
Worst of all was one waitress came to our table to clear up while I was still half way through my chicken dish! I actually have to ask her stop doing that right in front of me while I was eating! The service is worse than cha chan tan!
2. The lobster pasta at $380 is a total rip-off, they actually use frozen lobster claws, all you get in your pasta is 3 frozen claws that tasted so bland and soggy. 3 of us ordered that, and we were shocked by the quality of this pasta dish.
