Kraze Burger is a South Korean-based company with a vision for creating the "best burgers" for their customers. There is only one joint located in Hong Kong, in iSquare shopping mall. Although it's quite a small restaurant, the atmosphere is really laid back and a good place to eat a quick bite before heading up to the cinema. The menu has a wide selection of burgers to choose from and takes a while to decide because the description is way too long and the font is too small to just read quickly (
The menu has a wide selection of burgers to choose from and takes a while to decide because the description is way too long and the font is too small to just read quickly (a picture says a thousand words, so they could simply cross out the words "tomato slice" and "onion" since it's clearly shown in the photo). Other than burgers, Kraze also offers sandwiches, classic American potato wedges with chili and cheese, steak, salads, rice (paella) and pasta.
The Korean Standard burger I had wasn't sweet, but spicy, the patty was 100% beef but not juicy, and what's so Korean about Swiss cheese The overall concept for this one burger failed for me. On top of that it was a $78 burger with a side of...nothing.
Passed:
atmosphere
Failed:
service (nobody greeted at the front desk)
