Food is excellent, not expensive at all, good deal in Central. Food is excellent, not expensive at all, good deal in Central. Highly recommend.

I have been there more than 10 times since Mar 08, the owner is a Japanese chief but good at Italian food, the pasta is really good, in my opinion, even better than Isola, the noodle is well cooked, just well done, not too soft, not too hard, Italian style, not like many restaurants in HK which always got the pasta over cooked.

Appetizer range from $60 to $100, pasta from $90 to $130, grill main course from $130 to $200, pizza from $ 98 to $ 130, dish is quite big, you will be more than full if you have the full course by yourself.

I love their Basil base seafood pasta, taste so fresh and full of basil and herbs, the basil is just enough to bring the freshness of the seafood but not too strong that you will lose the taste of the seafood.

Another favor dish is Cold Pasta - Raw salmon with salmon egg, it's Japanese style, the garlic sauce with herbs made the angle hair pasta taste so well that you may forget your salmon and salmon egg, it's a very good dish for such hot summer in HK. Salmon and salmon egg is very very fresh too, high standard of sashimi which you can only have in expensive Japanese restaurant.

Parma ham with mozzarella cheese is a must order for me, $98 only, more than 6 pieces of big cheese with more than 10 pieces of ham, what a good deal.

Lamb chop is also a dish that can't be missed, I don't know what is the sauce, brown in color, taste really good and match with the medium cooked lamb chop very much, the lamp chop is cooked very well, never over cooked, exactly what you order, no matter medium rare or well done, very juice. Even the side dish fired square potato taste so different with the special sauce.

Dessert is great too, I love the orange sorbet, so juice and fresh, it made from a real orange not orange juice, the meat is taken out and made to sorbet, finished sorbet is put back to the empty orange and frozen.

It also have many Japanese style appetizer like sashimi, e.g. hamachi, salmon, tuna etc and always come with herbs or special sauce. Fresh, cold and not oily at all, good for summer and girls who can't eat a lot.

Place is comfortable, not noisy, many Japanese customer, you won't hear people shutting to each other.

They have dinner course as well, 1 appetizer + 1 main course pasta + wine or dessert is $256, for grill main course, $326 only.

There's still too many dishes I haven't tried, will definately go again!
