There is no one attend you at the door when you arrive, but if you enter inside yourself the waitress will rudely ask you to step back. If you have no reservation, sorry u have to sit outside in the public area and grab your own cutlery, even if they got a lot of empty seats! no one will provide any service to you and you are paying the same price. This happened twice to me, waitresses are super rude
