There are so many reasons to love Wagyu beef-1. It tastes amazing.2. It looks amazing.3. It IS amazing.And tonight, I brought my cousins from Canada to this restaurant in CWB for a Wagyu beef feast, and we went home with 3 huge tummies! We started with some super fresh shrimp sashimi. We started with some super fresh shrimp sashimi. You could tell how thick-cut the sashimi was just by its look, and when I put it in my mouth, it literally gave me chills cuz it’s SO GOOD!
The tempuras were pretty nice too. They were obviously freshly fried and the fried layer was not overly oily or dry. Very well done.
And there came the highlight of the night- WAGYU BEEF!! They even gave us an instruction card to let us know the sequence in eating the different parts of the beef.
My fav was the should meat as it was more lean than others yet the meaty taste was one of the strongest. The ox tongue and rump steak were really amazing too.
hkfoodtour’s official verdict: You know the feeling when you were child and you never wanted to leave the park from home? That’s how I felt about this wagyu beef feast. It was simply a paradise and it’s definitely a meal to be remembered😊
