
Quite an adventurous choice, but it tastes suprisingly well. I think that's important as a molecular cuisine restaurant that you offer new and brave choices for the adventurous.

The spoonful of melon pair with parma ham is a regular favorite of mine, but looking at it so delicately cut then placed on a spoon somehow really opens my appetite.

The scramble egg with wasabi is quite an interesting choice too. Never have I thougt wasabi would go well with creamy scamble eggs! But it lightens the flavor and add on freshness to the otherwise hearty cream-heavy egg pudding. Good choice!

The wanton soup might be the weakest link of the meal but the braised beef fill me up so I have no complain here. Cheapest molecular cuisine I've ever tried.
