In my humble opinion - brown takes first place for the best chicken strips in Hong Kong. They were seasoned & cooked to perfection. Truly mouthwatering! The accompanying honey mustard sauce can only be described as ambrosial. Other dishes that were delicious were:bun-me Vietnamese baguette - (lemongrass chicken)A must-try. The food was excellent, but what made the night truly special was the service! Seriously amazing staff! I cannot emphasize how professional & great they were!
