This is our go-to seafood restaurant in Lei Yue Mun--have never gone to another one in the vecinity since a colleague recommended Happy Safood to us, and have always had great dining experiences here.  I love the great open spaces, the ocean view and the generally efficient service. On this particular occasoin, we had a big lobster cooked two ways--sashimi and lobster noodles.  The lobster was very fresh, and the noodles were very filling and coated in thick, flavourful sauce and topped off with pieces of tender lobster.  We also had some other dishes, but my favorite is the very spicy snail cooked in a pot of wine and spicy oil.   The meal came with a papaya tofu fish soup that my three-year-old absolutely adored, as the soup was fresh and the tofu was cooked long enough so that the flavor of the soup merged with the tofu entirely.

A word of warning is that during dinner hour, sometimes the waiters are rushed and the food may be served rather slowly. Thus, better build this into your dining schedule. A better bet is to come during lunch time--no reservations needed for lunch, usually.
