what a disappointment

Staff claimed coffee machine cleaned, hence no coffee. When ordered tea to be served with cold milk, she just poured in some milk to the tea, but not separate. there were 3 to 4 tables where customers still dining, staff was busy cleaning and mopping floor.Really disappointed, a placpppppe I visited weekly in Wanchai since open.it is going downhill
