一直以來都好想試吓呢間餐廳,知道餐廳這個月份主題係White Truffle, 馬上訂位,因為我也從未食過White Truffle, 好想試吓😋, 再加上有wine pairing, 今次好玩了餐廳menu有4道菜第一道菜Knife Cut Veal Tartarefresh herbs emulsion and parmigiano 帕馬森奶酪Serve with Marchesi di Barolo, Roero Arneis 2017牛仔切成細條狀,肉質幼嫩,配上特別醬汁,令到肉身更滑👍 Wine comment: medium body, off-dry, medium acidity Aroma & Flavour : golden apple, apricot, white flower, peach白桃味第一次品嚐到Barolo white wine, 出乎地有清新果香味,作為餐飯第一支酒,好舒服第二道菜“Acquerello” RisottoServe with Marchesi di Barolo, Barbera D’Alba Peiragal 2017用陳年米煮

第一道菜
Knife Cut Veal Tartare

牛仔切成細條狀,肉質幼嫩,配上特別醬汁,令到肉身更滑👍
Wine comment: medium body, off-dry, medium acidity
Aroma & Flavour : golden apple, apricot, white flower, peach白桃味
第一次品嚐到Barolo white wine, 出乎地有清新果香味,作為餐飯第一支酒,好舒服
第二道菜
“Acquerello” Risotto
Serve with Marchesi di Barolo, Barbera D’Alba Peiragal 2017
用陳年米煮Risotto, 煮出來的飯好香酒味,米身不太硬好煙韌,似日本米釀酒後再用來煮飯的感覺,能夠將酒香融入意大利飯,精彩👏
Wine comment: medium body, low tannin, off-dry, medium+ acidity
Aroma & Flavour: black fruit味好重(black currant, plum, blackberry), 遙多幾遙酒杯之後有oaky vanilla味
今次輪到食物是主角,支酒是配角
第三道菜
“Landes” Yellow chicken
Pot au feu vegetable, albufera sauce, shaved white truffle
Serve with Barolo “Coste di Rose” DOCG 2014
個sauce係意大利傳統家庭醬汁,配家禽好夾,雞肉嫩滑,但主角當然是white truffle👍
雞肉、sauce & white truffle三者配合得天衣無縫
Wine comment: medium body, medium tannin, medium- sweetness, high acidity
Aroma & Flavour: 我自己覺得有red fruit味(raspberry, red plum), green pepper, oaky
建議餐廳早點開呢支酒,支酒感覺未醒,但主角當然是white truffle 😁
第四道菜
Hazelnut and Chocolate Granache
Sable Breton, white truffle and mascarpone ice cream
Serve with Marchesi di Barolo, Moscato D’Asti Zagara 2018
朱古力做得好順滑,不太甜,個ice cream好好味,好香white truffle味
Wine comment: medium+ body, medium- acidity, high sweetness
Aroma & Flavour: 棉花糖,white flowers, 荔枝, peach, apricot味
四道菜當中以這道菜的wine&dine最成功,兩者可以話係perfect matched, 酒香同ice cream味結合得完美
總結:成餐飯不斷take note, 餐廳以我做咩😆
