**please be reminded that omakase needs hrs to prepare ahead, its not fast food. Once the sashimi is taken out from the fridge and sliced, it cannot be reused. It wld be nice if diners r so kind to at least cancel a day ahead so none of the nice sashimi is going to be wasted. ** #respect #finediningattitude

壽司師傅係日本人,整左壽司三十年,從佢純熟既手勢都睇得出有功架!
裝修簡潔日本風,食物出色,師傅熱情招待中英日文都識講!
食omakase就係想睇壽司師傅表演,師傅好好心機介紹每一款壽司係咩魚,用左咩特別調味,好似一路食野一路睇緊表演咁。
講真每一件壽司都有特色,唔係周圍都食開果種味道。食完之後要我諗邊一件最好食,我真係諗唔到,因為每一件都令我地覺得好驚喜。
提下大家,其實食omakase想cancel booking最好都一日前通知,因為師傅好比心機,要好多事前功夫。一朝早就要係雪櫃拎d魚出黎解凍切好,如果no show d食材就未必可以重用,師傅話見到d魚浪費左,佢好心痛
