My families and I went to a Japanese restaurant called “Manya Japanese Restaurant”(滿屋日本料理) located in 8/F, Causeway Bay Plaza 2, 463-483 Lockhart Road,Causeway Bay (銅鑼灣駱克道463-483號銅鑼灣廣場2期8 樓全層).The restaurant is decorated in simple modern with a touch of Japanese flair.(Sakura wall decor, Mount Fuji graffiti...etc).The Japanese dinner buffet costs HKD$198/HKD$218/HKD$238/HKD$248 per adult in different time slots.There are arrays of sushi,sashimi, Japanese cooked food that provides on an unlimited

The assorted mushrooms are soooooo sweet and moist with lovely scented black truffle tastes!!
“Fried squid with garlic and chilli”
避風塘炒魷魚鬚

The squid tentacles are deep fried first and then stir fried with the fried garlic and chili.

“stir fried prawns with peaches”
蝦仁炒蜜桃

The prawns are springy and bouncy pairing with the sweet and soft sliced peaches!Yummmmm!

The fish maw is soooooo soft and tender. Spot on seasoning.

Can’t believe that we can enjoy such high quality dish in an all you can eat buffet!!!
