The Tom Yom spicy and sour flavours really stood out, it was super flavourful. Usually the Fusili dishes in Hong Kong (at least the ones that I have tried) are overcooked and this is just al dente, together with this delicious Thai sauce, it's magnificent. The cake has also got strong tea flavour, between the crepes there were tones of Thai milk tea flavoured whipped cream in it, hence for me it's slightly heavy 🙈but still, it's good to have a try and share with your loved ones 💕
