Lunch to celebrate start of the Lunar New Year. Had to start at noon sharp cos there’s another seating at 2pm serving dinner menu. Mainly tempura, with a dish of toro sashimi in between. Tempura was roughly half seafood half vegetables. Plus a deep fried ball of minced wagyu in breadcrumbs. Particularly noteworthy was the sea urchin wrapped in leaf. Adding a bit of salt brought out the sweetness even more. The veggies were so yummy; even the aubergine that I didn’t normally like tasted juicy. So
