We revisited as a party of 3 to the same branch my sister-in-law introduced us to some months earlier. My wife is so particular about her pork that there is maybe one pig in the whole world she can stand the taste and smell of, luckily, that pig was at Ginza Bairin that afternoon. I often have to eat both dishes, pork chop and pork cutlet, when my wife complains that the pork is so "sooo" (something to do with the pig's upbringing and diet and hygiene, I think) that she can't stand it. But that was not the case, and for the second time too, so we will definitely be back for more of these delicious and deep-fried (but not greasy) black pork.
Was it good value? Must be, as good food is priceless, and rice and cabbage was unlimited too! If you have not been, it is definitely worth a visit.
