their food is good in Macau, and they are one of the top level restaurant. so if you never try it, you must go, however their price little bit expensive, but it also acceptable.

上個月同男朋友去左呢間度食,因為方便泊車,而且又係佢公司附近.我地兩個人,叫左一碟炒椰菜,一碟紅豆豬手再加一個炒飯.食物質素中上, 不過紅豆豬手上枱個時好熱,而且都煮得好好味!

Tried:1. Octopus salad - octopus mixes with olive oil, tomato and cucumber. The vegetables is very fresh and the flavor is mixed with herbs.2. 馬介休球- hot and soft. Quite good!3. 魔鬼大蝦- prawns are big, but taste like having 桂林辣椒醬on top. $75 for each prawn. Not too worth it.4. Grilled chicken - hot and tender and with strong herb.I think the food is ok, not too outstanding. For the same quality of food, I can find it in other cheaper restaurants in Macau.

若說法蘭度、海灣、船屋是很會做生意的純葡國餐廳,則公雞便是一間不會做中國人生意的葡國餐廳。完全不經醃制的肉類,配上地道的超級酸菜,未入流的烹調功夫(葡國本土菜在歐洲是屬於未入流的菜系)死板而不變通的Brand sauce,葡國人一定會去幫趁,中國人嘛,可免則免了。

未去澳門之前,已經聽聞過“公雞”好出名,所以特登走去試 <br> o下!!去了“新口岸”那間,內裡裝修很別緻,而且所用的顏色都係好sharp o既紅色、黃色,令人食得特別醒神!!叫了一個“海鮮湯飯”,有成大隻蟹,一堆堆蜆同埋魷魚,好大堆頭!!而且個湯酸酸地,都好醒胃!!另外叫了一個“馬介休海鮮通粉”,D馬介休切得好大粒,原來馬介休都唔係我想像中咁鹹!!
